Allow me to introduce myself…

The Beginning: When Intuition First Speaks

Our childhood shapes how we see the world, and how we learn to listen to ourselves.

I grew up in Peru, a country often labeled “third world,” but it’s truly rich in every sense of the word. Think ancient wonders, world-famous food (yes, the hype is real), and a culture overflowing with warmth and rhythm. It’s a place that teaches you how to find beauty in simplicity and how to live with heart.

I left at a young age and didn’t get to explore as much as I would’ve liked. But what I carried with me was invaluable: strong values, resilience, and an intuitive sense that whispered, you’ll find your way.

The Teenage Plot Twist

Cue the dramatic soundtrack. My parents divorced, we moved countries, and I had to start over, new language, new culture, new everything.

There were days I felt like a lost tourist in my own life, but that small inner voice kept saying, “follow your heart.” I didn’t always listen (teenagers and intuition aren’t exactly best friends), but those early lessons stuck with me. The guidance from my grandparents, about kindness, respect, and doing what feels right became my compass. And one day, I’ll pass that same compass on to my son.

The Twenties: Love, Loss, and Lessons

My twenties were… educational. Let’s just say they came with plot twists.

I fell into what I thought was love, but it turned out to be manipulation wearing a romantic disguise. It wasn’t pretty, but it was powerful. I learned what it feels like to lose yourself, and more importantly, how to find your way back.

When that chapter ended, I made a decision: to rebuild, slowly and intentionally. I started tuning in again, listening to my gut, trusting the quiet nudges, following joy where it led.

And here’s what I discovered: when you start listening to your intuition, life starts listening back. Opportunities appear. The right people show up. You begin to see that all those wrong turns were actually part of the right path.

The Miami Leap

Eventually, I felt the itch to start over again. So I did what any slightly restless soul might do, I moved to Miami.

I didn’t know anyone there, but I trusted myself enough to take the leap. Miami tested me (because growth always does), but it also rewarded me with something beautiful: real love, peace, and the comfort of being truly seen.

After years of doing it all on my own, I learned how to let my guard down and trust again. Scary? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely.

Coming Full Circle

Then, when everything felt easy again, that familiar voice returned: It’s time for something deeper.

That voice led me to coaching, a calling that felt like home. It was a way to merge my life lessons, my love for wellness, and my passion for authenticity into something meaningful.

Coaching taught me what intuitive living really is: not perfection, not control, but trust. It’s about listening to the guide inside you that already knows the way.

Learning to Listen (Again and Again)

Intuitive living isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about having the courage to pause, breathe, and trust that your inner voice does know what’s best for you, even when logic disagrees.

It’s saying yes when it feels right, no when it doesn’t, and learning to let go of guilt when you choose yourself.

When you do that, when you truly start listening, you stop chasing alignment and start living it.

Final Thoughts: Your Inner GPS

Your intuition is your most reliable guide. Sure, it might lead you on a few scenic detours (mine certainly did), but it will always bring you home to yourself.

So take the pause. Ask the question. Listen for the answer.
Your best guide has been within you all along.
